Band F – £16,139 – £20,952 pro rata

We seek to recruit an experienced, talented and motivated individual to join our school as a Safeguarding and Welfare Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work with a team of passionate staff members to meet the safeguarding needs of CSIA learners in full compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education September 2019, Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018 and the CSIA Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.


As the successful candidate you will have an excellent track record of working within the safeguarding field, a high level of knowledge, experience and understanding of the factors impacting on vulnerable children and young people, and a passion and vision for safeguarding in terms of driving improvements in outcomes.
