37 hours per week term time, plus 17 hours to be worked outside of core working hours as directed
(Working Hours will be Monday to Thursday 8am until 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Pastoral Care Officer to join our high performing and highly regarded academy. We are a self-reflecting school and the appointments will further enhance the high quality pastoral provision for our learners.
The successful candidate will deliver high quality pastoral support for all students to enable learners to fulfil their potential. In particular; monitoring student behaviour and attendance, supporting the social, emotional and welfare needs of learners, and delivering appropriate interventions in liaison with the Assistant Principal and the Director of Year.
