We seek to appoint enthusiastic and committed pastoral staff to join our high performing and highly regarded academy. We are a self-reflecting school and the appointments will further enhance the high quality pastoral provision for our learners.
The successful candidate will deliver high quality pastoral support for all students to enable learners to fulfil their potential. In particular, monitoring student behaviour and attendance, supporting the social, emotional and welfare needs of learners, and delivering appropriate interventions in consultation with the Pastoral Leader and Assistant Principal for the Key Stage.
