All teachers link curriculum with careers through Extraordinary Me.  This can be explicit focus on career pathways, or implicit in the development of skills such as decision-making.  STEM subject teachers will highlight the relevance of STEM subjects for a wide range of future career paths, through involvement in STEM events and competitions regionally and nationally.  Our after-school programme includes focused career development activities such as our Tech Club and the Camborne Theatre Company.  We have a wide variety of visits where students are able to link curriculum to careers such as visits to the Spaceport.

We also have strong links with Cornwall College and Cornwall Marine Academy to support students on vocational pathways such as construction, animal care and hair and beauty.

We have additional focused activities through our Preparation for Life curriculum and our Preparation for Life days.
