New Science Labs

Over the summer break, the Science Department were treated to a refurbishment of three of the existing laboratories. Prior to this, the Science teachers who use the labs were asked to design the best layout for inspirational teaching and learning.

Their designs incorporated free moving desks to enable a flexible approach to the classroom set-up and to allow a large space, if required, for kinaesthetic activities and group work. The labs also include state of the art seats to ensure our learners are comfortable at all times, so maximum progress can be made.
